I'm about to introduce a new character who will essentially be a secondary character to Raylan, does she get classed as an NPC or does she need a whole new app?

If she travels with Raylan all the time and is just like a 'pet' of sorts, she will be treated as a NPC. If you intend to use her as another character she needs a new app.

I must add that we discourage the use of permanent NPCs. You're not supposed to be a team on one account. I know many people are NPCing, and some of them have a good reason to (i.e. taking over characters who left), but ultimately we'd like to see you RP your character, not an army.

That having been said, if the person is just a personal plot person who appears in your posts a few times, then it's OK.

Ah right, thanks for that. Don't worry, I'm not going to be comanding an army, Just my main character and a supporting character, it's harder to make interesting stretches of narrative without a bit of communication.
