Looks: Ranuu has shoulder length straight blue hair. His skin is a tan color, a tan that shows that he has lived on Dragon Roost all his life. It outlines his dark brown eyes and strong, slightly hooked beak. He is pretty tall, reaching about 5'11", and doesn't weight very much at all. Besides, how could he fly if he weighed a lot?
Clothes: Over the deeply tanned skin that Ranuu has, he wears a very refined set of clothing. His tunic and pants are both made of a fine, brown cloth, and are custom made to allow him the most mobility possible in the clothing. Over the tunic, he wears a shawl/poncho of sorts. It is a light sky blue that matches his hair. Other than that, he doesn't wear anything on his feet/talons, or his head.

Personality: Ranuu is a very musical aristocrat. He isn't much of the normal high-and-mighty 'I'm better than you' rich person, though he does know he's above a lot of others in status. His attitude flows like the music from his sarinda, and it goes with what he does perfectly. Ranuu's favorite thing to do is to entertain people, and he likes to travel around telling stories and singing songs for rupees. Because of this, he always seems to be in a good mood, joking around with some and complimenting others. It takes a lot to get him angry, and even if he is angry, he'll just avoid the subject of whatever made him mad and walk away. He's mainly a pacifist and would rather not get into a fight where he would kill somebody.

Biography: Born into aristocracy, Ranuu has been in the upper social tier all his life. His father is the Owner and Postmaster of the Dragon Roost Postal Service, and is quite successful. His son was to be just like him, to follow in his footsteps, to one day become the Postmaster like his father. But, as the younger Rito grew up, his father found that Ranuu was becoming more and more interested in his music and stories and less interested in postal work.

The young Rito seemed to like sitting around during the day and writing up songs and poems, then going to the middle of the cave on Dragon Roost and performing for the Ritos and visitors from other islands. In fact, he'll deliver vitally important letters for his father every once in a while and perform wherever he's delivering the letter, whether it be Hyrule, Termina, or another of the islands in the Great Sea. There isn't much excitement in his life, but at least it's stable.

Item storage: He doesn't carry much with him, but when he does, it is carried in a pouch that hangs from one strap down his back. The strap is usually wrapped around one shoulder and his neck.
Skills: The Rito is skilled in various things, such as singing and playing various musical instruments. He isn't just limited to the sarinda, of course, as that would get boring after a while. It is just his most preferred (and mastered) instrument. He has had training in self-defense using a long, wooden staff. It is an odd staff, however, as it has a button that, when pressed, makes a 4 inch blade come out of one end. The Rito is also fairly well versed in magic. He can teleport over moderate distances with some difficulty, and can slow down various things. If somebody/something that means him harm comes at him, he can slow that person to a crawl for (to him) about five seconds. The same thing can be said with various spells, though it is much harder to get just the right aim.
Weapon: A long, wooden staff that is almost as tall as Ranuu is. It's quite the odd instrument to fight with, and extremely hard to learn the style the young Rito has. Beyond that, he has his nice extension of magic.

Ah, our all-time favourite Rito lives again. Of course, the obligatory comments:

- Nothing, nothing, nothing... Oh wait. Your biography is a tad bit on the short side, but with two paragraphs, permissible. At least it is original.
- Don't make yourself too overpowered. Teleportation, Haste, Slow *and* Time Freeze, in addition to awesome sword skills? I don't think so. Let your character evolve as you play and learn a few of these things. Start him off with Slow and make him discover he can Slow things down so much he can Freeze them. Add Haste and he might notice he can Haste so much it seems like he moves from one place to another in no-time.

Anyway, that's the biggest thing. You can edit it in your original app (contrary to normal procedure, but I don't feel it's necessary to repost the whole thing this time); I'm giving the next admin who reviews this the explicit request to look whether the skills section's been changed. For the rest, I think I can give you a conditional check; since we have a two-check system we can make sure your app's top notch before it's approved. So:...

I love this app for many reasons. Blue hair (you gotta have blue hair), the puncho, the aristocrat yet refined air. That, however, leads into a trouble I had with this application.

A guitar is too...common for a guy like him. It's a big instrument, and because Ranuu sounds like a delicate kind of man, he needs something smaller. There are so many other beautiful instruments that would fit better a bard. Here are a few:
Gudok (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gudok) which I think is the best choice considering it is lightweight. He would have no trobule playing it sitting or up and could carry it around with him.
Lute (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lute) it's a bit smaller than a guitar, and the traditional bard instrument but not one of my favorites.
Sarinda (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sarinda)

Don't limit yourself to the ordinary!

I'm also going to wait for you to change the spells because that. is. way. too much. power for one Ruto, even if he is 19 (which in the video game world would means he's 30), but consider this your 2nd approval.
