Biography: Doosk was born during the Harvest Moon on Dragon Roost. His childhood was full of adventure, these adventures began as far back as his ninth year when his parents introduced him to the son of their long time friends, Seji. Seji and Doosk quickly grew to be best friends and explored caves and various other hidden areas of Dragon Roost. It was a craving, a need for adventure that fueled Doosk’s mind and a want to go into the Postal Service of Dragon Roost, but before he could do that he’d have to make the journey up to see Valoo. Was he able to pass the necessary test to gain the valued Valoo Scale to grow his wings. He talked to his dad about getting his wings and he told Doosk that he’d have to train some to be able to endure the dangers of the volcano up to Valoo and that it would not be until a couple of years later when he be ready to make the journey. It was a short journey, but well worth the effort, many Rito had made the journey and achieved the right to soar the skies. Doosk desperately longed to soar the skies, fore beyond Dragon Roost lay adventure, he longed for it, no, lived for it.
The two years had passed and it appeared that Seji was going up to get a Valoo Scale as well as Doosk, together they tackled the mountain and reached Valoo. Seji’s dad was there and he translated the ancient language of Valoo and both Doosk and Seji was found to possess great potential. Valoo then bestowed upon them each a scale, and thus they got their wings. Now Doosk was finally ready to serve in the Postal Service of Dragon Roost. He did this not merely as an honor, but because he knew that he’d be able to venture forth and find adventure.
Some years later Doosk was granted the rank of Night Crosser, a very rare position in Dragon Roost. The Night Crosser delivers mail by night only, and are equipped with a lantern to light the way and protect them against the things of the night, such as poes and stalchildren. Doosk considered this a real honor, fore he was one of few Rito that obtained this position. He knew of only one other Rito that was a Night Crosser which his grandfather had told him about many times. It was told by his grandfather that the first Night Crosser had delivered everywhere in all the kingdoms, but longed for adventure just like Doosk, it was this urge for adventure that lead the Rito to discover the underground world of the Subrosians. According to his grandfather the Rito never returned, but some years later a letter in a magic bottle appeared on the shore of Dragon Roost. This letter supposedly gave directions to the entrance of Subrosia, unfortunately it vanished no more that a day later. Where the letter went, nobody knew.
Doosk longed to find Subrosia and perhaps even meet the first Night Crosser, but would he return, he knew not what lay in the mysterious land, but it was this mystery, this thought of danger lurking that made him want to go. He wanted to be the first Rito to go their and return and then set up mail routes to and from Subrosia, thus bridging any gap between the lands. So off Doosk went seeking for any sign or word of the letter or better the entrance of the mysterious land.
Not long after a delivery to the Lost Woods in Hyrule, he returned home to Dragon Roost and ran into Seji. Seji was fixing to leave on a journey, and he invited Doosk to come with him. Though Doosk had another thing on his mind, mainly Subrosia and the mail, he agreed to journey with his best friend Seji wherever he went and aid him in times of need. So off the two went to prepare their packs with the things they’d need. An hour later he meet up with Seji and told him of searching for Subrosia and that he was still required to deliver the mail regardlessly at night. Soon they took off into the sunny skies and were off on another adventure together.

Doosk uses his iron claw to tunnel through the ground or to simply dig something out of the ground. His special skills are Fire Whirlwind and Flaming Double Strike.
Fire Whirlwind- Doosk takes his lantern staff and puts it to the ground by his feet. Then he begins to spin his body around in circles until he has his staff held straight out infront of him while spinning, all the while a whirlwind of fire has formed around him. This can be used as a shield from harm as well, but is solely a close range attack.
Flaming Double Strike- Doosk takes his lantern staff, jumps into the air toward his target and lands low on the ground striking the target catching it on fire. He then trips the target up with a quick sweep and strikes again while still on the ground.
Weapon: Doosk’s weapons of choice are an iron claw that is designed to be light-weight. It is made of brown leather in a glove form which fastens around his wrist. It has gauntlet-like iron plates on top of the fingers and thumb shaped to resemble a claw. His other weapon is a metal staff that goes up and curves around in a spiral at the top to hold a red-orange lantern. The lantern has a pyramid shaped top with trim that goes down from the top and spirals in on the ends. Underneath the top it is sphere shaped with circles on each side to make it open all around. The base is shaped like the bottom of a pyramid, but has half-circles cut into the bottom of each side. A candle rest in the center of the lantern by being placed on a spike that protrudes from the center of the interior of the lantern.
