Rule no. 1: use understandable English, please. The meaning of your post is hard to grasp, so please use capitals and interpunction next time, notably inverted commas in words such as "doesn't." But I'm not in a bad mood, so I'll answer.

I hope this is understandable
We talked about this.
QUOTE
when you post something in roleplaying place thing, theres a thing that says who posted/RPed/talked (whatever) last, do you have to wait until it doesnt say your name so you can post again? because i think it would be kinda funny to see that some posted last in most of the places.
If you mean that you can't post twice in a row - that is generally frowned upon. Doubleposting, as that's called, is bad practice because it excludes others from interacting with you. However, if you're alone in an area, you can obviously post multiple times; same goes when nobody around you is replying for a long time. It is no problem if you're moving across areas - it happens that you're active at one point and your name shows up in several different forums.
QUOTE
and do you have to do this to tell where you are or tell where your going or went?
>>>hyrule field
Blah blah blah something interesting blah blah blah
<<< Hyrule market
While you don't have to do it exactly in that format, you do have to say in some way where you came from and/or where you are going to.
QUOTE
and could you make random things happen, like say somehow someone fell into a pit in hyrule field, if people walked there, would they see the pit?
Well, random things that have no reason are generally bad from an RPing perspective anyway, so try to refrain from doing random things. If the pit were there with a valid reason, though, it
could be that other people notice it - not necessarily, however. Other people do not always have the wish to let their character get involved in things, especially if they are on a set path. Also, don't forget some people might not have read your post.

and thats about it...i think...Oh well

I hope your questions were answered satisfactorily.
