I don't want more Subrosains I just want everyone to know that they aren't bad- For example the Subrosain I am making is VERY agile and can do flips and such-and that they can be diverse and be used as seats JOKING

but yea mine isnt from Subrosai he is from a village of Subsorains so he doesn't know everything the ones in Subrosai do. But yeah enough rambling im going to go start on that guide and if anyone wants to help just pm me.
Well, that's dangerous, writing a guide when you haven't really roleplayed the species too much, or done all that much research (I assume, please correct me if I'm wrong). Shrale, I understand, did a lot of research for his guide, even drawing out his own map of Crescent Isle.
I personally would wait, roleplay your character a bit, and then write up a guide once you feel you have a really good grasp on the race. We have a lot of good Subrosians around (Nomi Lem comes to mind), and you might want to confer with them as you're writing it, as well. But don't put anything restricting cultural, religious, or even physical abilities/beliefs. Because a lot of people play the same race differently.
For example, I play Ranuu as a fairly strong Rito with quite a bit of physical ability. Utsumei, a player on the old board, played her Rito as extremely frail, since birds have hollow bones. The character would get hurt every time we went anywhere, as I remember. See, there are so many differences between the playing styles that writing a guide from either point of view would make the other one seem wrong =)
So yes, like Aure said, you'll have to be vague and really pay attention to how they're being played before you write a post. That's my advice, at least =P
But then again, some people say I meddle a bit too much

so it doesn't matter if you take my advice or not.
