Appearance- Ryolon has medium length slightly spiky red hair, that would probably reach his shoulders if it were not held back in a tight ponytail. He wears a dark red jacket with black letters in ancient hylian, over a short sleeve red shirt, along with a pair of durable black pants, and slightly worn black boots.

Around his neck is a clock necklace that is always stuck at noon he keeps the necklace hidden beneath his jacket. Sometimes he has a large backpack slung over his shoulder that looks similar to the happy mask salesman's, but he prefers not to wear that backpack.


Personality- Ryolon is a normally calm kind person, when in a conversation he often listens to the opinions of others before letting people know his own. He is exceptionally bright, able to solve most kinds of problems quickly.

When in battle (as himself) he rarely makes the first move, instead he watches his opponents movements and looks for a flaw in their technique before attacking. He normally doesn't hold grudges against people, unless they have seriously harmed one of his friends. Unlike his adopted father, he doesn't have an obsession with collecting masks, but he still enjoys searching for a rare mask every now and then.

Biography- Ryolon was born the son of a hylian soldier, his father was one of a set group of guards who often accompanied the king on diplomatic missions. During one of the many diplomatic visits to the Gerudo fortress, the king's group was attacked by a rouge group of gerudo warriors.

During the ensuing battle between the highly skilled guards and the merciless female warriors, a female gerudo managed to break through the ranks of the guards and rushed at the king. Ryolon's father acting on reflex jumped between his king and the gerudo, and despite multiple stab wounds, managed to keep her back long enough for his fellow guards to come to his aid. His father died from blood loss a few minutes after the battle was over, his mother's spirit broke upon hearing the tragic news, and after a few days she grew deathly sick. On her deathbed she gave her seven year old son his father's old sword, and passed away almost immediatly afterwards.

Immediatly after his mother's death a crying Ryolon ran from his house out into the market. After a few hours of just wandering around, he came across a man selling masks in the marketplace, the man's cheerful personality raised Ryolon's spirits, and he spent the rest of that day helping that man sell his masks. At the end of the day the man asked where Ryolon's parents were, he grudingly told the man the fate of his parents. The man offered him a job at his shop, and after a few weeks of working the happy mask salesman adopted Ryolon as his son. A few years passed, and Ryolon grew to see the happy mask salesman as a father figure, even though the man acted slightly crazy every once in awhile. On his fourteenth birthday, Ryolon found a box hidden in the back of the happy mask shop, curious he opened the box and found a mask inside.

The mask looked like one of the transformation masks his adopted father had told him about, the mask looked like the face of a hylian who had black slightly spiky hair and red eyes. It was at this moment that his adopted father found him crouched behind the counter, he chuckled to himself and told Ryolon that it was a transformation mask, after a few minutes of silence he told Ryolon to keep it as his birthday present.

A few more years passed and Ryolon, who had access to many of the masks that the store's customers didn't, had gotten quite a few of the more special masks. On his eighteenth birthday he left home with a few of his masks, his eyes set on Termina, where he heard a mysterious voice calling for him.

Item storage- A large backpack he got from the happy mask salesman, it can hold quite a lot of items before becoming full.

Weapons- His father's sword, masks

Skills- Ryolon trained himself in swordsmanship almost every day after the happy mask shop closed, he did this in rememberance of his father and has actually managed to become quite good with a blade. The majority of his abilities however come from the various masks he carries around with him, the only problem with his masks is that it takes a few seconds to switch from one to another, this means that he is more vulnerable while attempting to switch.

Mask of the Shadow swordsman- Ryolon has never worn this mask, as it's the transformation mask, the happy mask salesman gave him on his fourteenth birthday. He's slightly afraid of putting this mask on.

Wizzrobes mask- This mask allows Ryolon to shoot small bursts of fire and ice energy, while extremely powerful this mask drains a lot of energy with each burst of magic.

Zora's mask- Gives him the ability to breath underwater (Not transformation)

I'm a real nitpicker on the application form. ^^ Split these two up for me and lengthen the looks, just the hair won't do, for me.

I'm not to keen on that... Considering we've used "the" Happy Mask Salesman in an event already.. But since it's a big part of this character it could be just "a" Mask Salesman. You know, what the heck, You leave him behind in the Bio already, so it shouldn't be too much of a hassle in consistencies.

There are multiple problems with this mask however, first of all Ryolon is more aggressive in this form, comments that he would normally ignore, would send him into a blind rage. If he stays in this form too long eventually the soul in the mask would take complete control of his body and he'd lose the ability to take the mask off. This form is also severely weakened by sunlight if he stays exposed for too long.

That's an okay on the looks section. But what happened to the clock necklace he wore? And the backpack? suddenly the clothing sprung back from five line to two. I'll just imagine they're still there, but add them in your next fix.

I imagine this guy as one of the Phantom Knights from the Phantom Hourglass game. I think I like it. If you really make him afraid of the mask this will do. Otherwise, justdon't use it too much, it's really easy to powerplay an item like this.

Remember to replace the necklace and backpack in this version, I really like that kind of details in clothing. (This is a hint for all people about to make apps: I'm a sucker for details! ) Nice job on fixing your errors, though you made another few I won't hold it against you, that's a check one from me.
